Transform your Friday night dinner or Saturday BBQ with our gourmet Lamb Rashers and Sticky Balsamic Pizza. So simple and delicious it will be a family favourite.
Pizza Tomato sauce
Australian Lamb Rashers
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Liberally spread tomato sauce atop the pizza base and gently coat with a layer of grated parmesan cheese.
Chop the baby bocconcini balls in half and scatter across the pizza base. Do the same for the Australian Lamb Rasher strips – chop into cubes and scatter.
Place the pizza into the oven for 10 – 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling
For serving, scatter fresh baby rocket and drizzle Sticky Balsamic before serving!
